The R3 research project’s aim is to underpin the work by the profession to call for a permanent carve out of insolvency actions from the Jackson reforms. Through this project R3 will gather the information to enable the insolvency profession to take action on this important issue. Your responses are needed to provide the evidence necessary to lobby for the exemption.
