The Insolvency Service has launched a consultation on proposals for reforming the regulatory framework for Insolvency Practitioners.  The deadline for responding is 6 May 2011. The consultation can be found on the Insolvency Services website under 'What's New - Latest News'.

The Restructuring Research Scholarship was introduced in 2014 to support PhD research in the field of insolvency or restructuring law at a UK institution.
